Earlier in the year, during remote learning P6/7 had the opportunity to participate in a poetry competition run by Aware NI a mental health charity for Northern Ireland. We had some wonderful entries and although none of our poems placed in the winning categories, I am delighted to say two of our pupils have been recognised for their excellent poems.
Well done Evie Rose in P6 and Philip in P7! I think you will agree their poems are fantastic! They have received certificates to recognise the effort they put in and the school has been awarded a participation certificate.
